‘Abd Allaah bin Jafar said “The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) seated me behind him(on his ride) one day, and told me secretly a thing asking me not to tell it to anyone. The place for easing dearer to the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) was a mound or host of palm trees by which he could conceal himself. He entered the garden of a man from the Ansar(Helpers). All of a sudden when a Camel saw the Prophet (ﷺ) it wept tenderly producing yearning sound and it eyes flowed. The Prophet (ﷺ) came to it and wiped the temple of its head. So it kept silence. He then said “Who is the master of this Camel? Whose Camel is this? A young man from the Ansar came and said “This is mine, Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ).” He said “Don’t you fear Allaah about this beast which Allaah has given in your possession. It has complained to me that you keep it hungry and load it heavily which fatigues it.” - Hadith Abu Dawud 2549 (islam)

Once Allah's Messenger (ﷺ); offered the morning prayer and then faced the people and said, "While a man
was driving a cow, he suddenly rode over it and beat it. The cow said, "We have not been created for
this, but we have been created for sloughing." On that the people said astonishingly, "Glorified be
Allah! A cow speaks!" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I believe this, and Abu Bakr and `Umar too, believe it,
although neither of them was present there. While a person was amongst his sheep, a wolf attacked
and took one of the sheep. The man chased the wolf till he saved it from the wolf, where upon the
wolf said, 'You have saved it from me; but who will guard it on the day of the wild beasts when there
will be no shepherd to guard them except me (because of riots and afflictions)? ' " The people said
surprisingly, "Glorified be Allah! A wolf speaks!" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "But I believe this, and Abu Bakr
and `Umar too, believe this, although neither of them was present there." (See the Foot-note of page

Bakr and `Umar believe in the story." The Prophet (ﷺ) went on, "A wolf caught a sheep, and when the
shepherd chased it, the wolf said, 'Who will be its guard on the day of wild beasts, when there will be
no shepherd for it except me?' "After narrating it, the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I, Abu Bakr and `Umar too
believe it." Abu Salama (a sub-narrator) said, "Abu Bakr and `Umar were not present then." - Hadith Al Bukhari 2324 (islam)

We were afflicted with hunger during the besiege of Khaibar, and when it was the day of (the battle
of) Khaibar, we slaughtered the donkeys and when the pots got boiling (with their meat). Allah's
Apostle made an announcement that all the pots should be upset and that nobody should eat anything
of the meat of the donkeys. We thought that the Prophet (ﷺ) prohibited that because the Khumus had not
been taken out of the booty (i.e. donkeys); other people said, "He prohibited eating them for ever."
The sub-narrator added, "I asked Sa`id bin Jubair who said, 'He has made the eating of donkeys' meat
illegal for ever.") - Hadith Al Bukhari 3155 (islam)

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If a fly falls in the vessel of any of you, let him dip all of it (into the vessel) and
then throw it away, for in one of its wings there is a disease and in the other there is healing (antidote

It was said to the Prophet (ﷺ) "Would that you see `Abdullah bin Ubai." So, the Prophet (ﷺ) went to him,
riding a donkey, and the Muslims accompanied him, walking on salty barren land. When the Prophet (ﷺ)
reached `Abdullah bin Ubai, the latter said, "Keep away from me! By Allah, the bad smell of your
donkey has harmed me." On that an Ansari man said (to `Abdullah), "By Allah! The smell of the
donkey of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) is better than your smell." On that a man from `Abdullah's tribe got angry
for `Abdullah's sake, and the two men abused each other which caused the friends of the two men to
get angry, and the two groups started fighting with sticks, shoes and hands. We were informed that the
following Divine Verse was revealed (in this concern):-- "And if two groups of Believers fall to
fighting then, make peace between them." (49.9) - Hadith Al Bukhari 2691 (islam)

We visited Abu Sa'id Khudri. When we had been sitting (with him) we heard a stir under his bed. When we looked we found a big snake, the rest of the hadith is the same. And in this Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) is reported to have said: Verily in these houses there live aged (snakes), so when you see one of them, make life hard for it for three days, and if it goes away (well and good), otherwise kill it for (in that case) it would be a nonbeliever. And he (the Holy Prophet) said (to his Companions): Go and bury your companion (who had died by the snake bite). - Hadith Muslim 2236b (islam)
